Booking Policy

Effective and last updated: 18 July 2026

This Booking Policy covers consultations, strategy calls, coaching sessions, and other scheduled appointments with Polrin Digital Marketing, trading as Digital Pursuit Grit. It works alongside our Terms and Conditions, Service Terms, Payment Policy, and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1.Who We Are

Digital Pursuit Grit is a brand name operated by Polrin Digital Marketing (Registration No. 202303180394 / KT0550616-H). Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia | Email: support@digitalpursuitgrit.com

 2. Booking an Appointment

You can request an appointment through our website contact form, a booking link we provide, or by email — with accurate contact details and enough context for us to understand what you need.

Filling in a contact form doesn’t automatically create a booking. A booking is only confirmed once we send written confirmation with the date, time, time zone, meeting method, session type, duration, and any payment required. A submitted form or requested time slot isn’t a guarantee we’ve accepted it.

 3. Consultation Suitability

We review each request before confirming an appointment, and may decline one that’s outside our service scope, unsuitable, missing key information, unavailable at the requested time, or unlikely to address what you actually need.

4. Free Initial Consultations

Where we offer a free initial call, it’s meant to understand your business needs, spot the main marketing or conversion issue, and see whether we’re a fit.

A free consultation is not a full strategy session, audit, or written plan. We may limit how long or how often these are available.

 5. Paid Consultations

Some sessions — coaching, strategy calls, advisory appointments — require payment. The fee is confirmed before booking, may need to be paid in advance, and the appointment isn’t confirmed until payment clears.

A paid session covers only the stated topic and duration; anything beyond that isn’t included unless agreed in writing.

6. Time Zone

Unless stated otherwise, appointment times are in Malaysia Time (UTC+8).

If you’re joining from elsewhere, it’s on you to convert the time correctly — a time zone mix-up counts as lateness or a missed appointment on your end.

 7. Getting Ready

Please join from a stable connection with a working device, test your meeting link beforehand, and bring any relevant questions or documents.

We’re not responsible for lost session time due to your own technical issues or lack of preparation.

 8. Meeting Platform

Sessions run through Google Meet, Zoom, phone, or another platform we agree on. You’re responsible for having a compatible device and connection, and any third-party platform runs under its own terms and availability.

 9. Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice by email or through our booking system. You can reschedule once at no extra cost, subject to availability.

A second reschedule request may need a new booking, a new payment (for paid sessions), or may be declined. Anything requested less than 24 hours out may be treated as a late cancellation.

 10. Cancellations

Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead.

A late cancellation of a free consultation may affect your ability to book another free one. For paid appointments, refund or transfer eligibility depends on how much notice you gave, whether we’d already done prep work, and whether the slot can be reassigned — see our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

 11. Lateness and No-Shows

Please join on time — the session still ends at the originally scheduled time even if you’re late, and the full fee remains payable. We’ll normally wait 15 minutes; after that, the appointment may be treated as missed.

A missed paid appointment is normally non-refundable, non-transferable, and not automatically rescheduled, though we may make an exception for a genuine emergency at our discretion.

 12. Technical Issues

If a problem is on your end — device, connection, software — the session continues within the remaining time or is treated as missed. If it’s on our end, we’ll offer a reschedule or, where that’s not suitable, a refund of the affected fee. If a shared platform outage affects both of us, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost.

 13. Rescheduling by Us

We may need to reschedule due to illness, emergency, technical failure, or other circumstances outside our control. We’ll offer a reasonable alternative time; for a paid standalone consultation where no alternative works, we’ll refund the fee.

 14. Session Scope and Duration

Each session runs for the length stated in your confirmation and covers only the topic agreed at booking — it’s not a channel for unlimited advice across unrelated areas.

If you need more time or want to cover something else, that may mean a follow-up appointment, an additional fee, or a separate quotation.

 15. Recording

Appointments shouldn’t be recorded by either party without the other’s consent. If recording is agreed, it must be stored securely, not shared publicly, and handled in line with our Privacy Policy.[SECTION HEADING – H2] 16. Confidentiality

What’s discussed in a session is treated as confidential, aside from legal requirements, safety concerns, or information that’s already public.

Please avoid sharing sensitive personal, financial, or medical details that aren’t necessary for the consultation.

 17. Advice Given

Consultations offer marketing and business-growth guidance based on what’s shared during the session. You’re responsible for deciding whether to act on it, checking the details against your own situation, and getting legal, tax, or financial advice elsewhere if needed.

We don’t guarantee any specific result from a consultation.

 18. Conduct

We expect professional communication on both sides.

We may end a session immediately if a customer is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, requests unlawful assistance, records without permission, or misuses confidential information — in serious cases, a paid session won’t be refunded.

 19. Booking Data and Privacy

Information collected when you book — name, contact details, appointment purpose, time zone, payment details  is handled under our Privacy Policy.

 20. Consultations and Ongoing Projects

A consultation or discovery call doesn’t automatically start an ongoing project. A project only begins once a quotation is accepted, payment clears, scope is confirmed, and we’ve received what we need to start.

Anything said informally on a call doesn’t override a later written quotation or agreement.

 21. Accepting This Policy

You accept this policy by submitting a booking request, confirming an appointment, paying a consultation fee, or attending. Where a specific booking page states different terms, those apply to that appointment.

 22. Updates

We may update this policy as our booking process, services, or legal obligations change. The current version is always on digitalpursuitgrit.com, and a confirmed appointment stays governed by the version in place when it was booked.
