This Digital Delivery Policy explains how products and services purchased from Polrin Digital Marketing, operating as Digital Pursuit Grit, are delivered electronically. Because our offerings are entirely digital, we do not sell, ship, or handle physical products.
1. Instant Digital Products
We offer a variety of downloadable and online educational resources, including ebooks, guides, checklists, templates, workbooks, and recorded training.
Once your payment is successfully processed, your digital products will be delivered through one or more of the following electronic methods:
-
A direct download page shown immediately after purchase
-
An automated email containing access links
-
Your secure customer account dashboard
-
Our dedicated course or membership platform
-
Any other electronic delivery method explicitly stated on the product page
Delivery is considered complete the moment the download link, access instructions, or digital materials are sent or made available to you.
2. Professional Services and Custom Solutions
Custom professional services including consulting, strategy, email marketing, sales-conversion setup, automation, and marketing system implementation are delivered according to your accepted quotation, proposal, or written agreement.
Delivery Methods for Services
Depending on your project, service deliverables may be provided through:
-
Email updates and attached files
-
Shared cloud storage folders
-
Direct download links
-
Formal reports, documents, or presentations
-
Live video meetings
-
Direct access to the agreed software platform
-
The completed live website or implemented marketing system
Your exact project deliverables and estimated timelines will be clearly outlined in your specific service agreement or quotation.
Activation of the Delivery Period
Please note that submitting an initial enquiry does not start the delivery timeline. The estimated delivery period for any custom service begins only after Digital Pursuit Grit has received all of the following:
-
Your required payment
-
Your formal acceptance of the quotation or proposal
-
All required business information, copy, and creative materials
-
Necessary account, software, or platform access
-
Any required initial confirmations or approvals
3. Timelines, Estimates, and Project Delays
Any delivery dates or project timeframes provided are estimates, unless they are explicitly confirmed in writing as a fixed contractual deadline.
While we work diligently to meet all timelines, delivery may be delayed if any of the following situations occur:
-
Required project information or creative assets are provided late
-
Necessary system or account access is missing or delayed
-
Client feedback, reviews, or final approvals are delayed
-
Project payments are late or incomplete
-
The client requests a change to the original project scope
-
A required third-party platform experience an outage or is unavailable
-
Unforeseen technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control arise
Digital Pursuit Grit will make every reasonable effort to communicate significant timeline adjustments to you as soon as possible.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful and timely delivery, you are responsible for maintaining an active role in the project. Your responsibilities include:
-
Providing a correct, secure, and active email address
-
Regularly checking your spam, junk, and promotional email folders
-
Supplying accurate, complete information and project materials
-
Providing and maintaining necessary administrative or platform access
-
Responding promptly to requests for feedback, clarity, or approvals
-
Ensuring your devices and software are compatible with the delivered formats
-
Downloading and securely storing your delivered digital files
-
Paying for and maintaining all required third-party tool subscriptions
5. Third-Party Software and Platforms
Any third-party tools, external platforms, software subscriptions, web hosting, domains, or external services required to build or run your digital marketing systems must be purchased and maintained directly by you, unless they are expressly included in your accepted quotation.
Digital Pursuit Grit is not responsible for any delivery delays or system interruptions caused by your failure to purchase, activate, renew, or properly maintain a required third-party tool or subscription.
6. Review, Acceptance, and Revisions
You are required to review custom deliverables within the timeline specified in your project communication or service terms. Unless a different timeframe has been explicitly agreed upon in writing, you must report any delivery issues or valid defects within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
A customized service or project is formally treated as completed and accepted when:
-
You provide written approval or sign-off
-
You begin publicly using, launching, or publishing the deliverable
-
All contractually included revisions have been completed
-
The seven-day review period expires without any valid written issues being reported
Please note that any changes, edits, or additions requested after formal project acceptance will be treated as additional paid work.
7. Troubleshooting and Technical Support
If you do not receive your digital product, experience an access issue, or find that a delivered file is corrupted or incorrect, please reach out to our support team immediately.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email support@digitalpursuitgrit.com and provide:
-
Your full name
-
The email address used to make the purchase
-
Your order number or transaction reference
-
The specific title of the product or service purchased
-
A clear description of the access or technical problem
Digital Pursuit Grit will first attempt to fix the link, replace the defective file, restore access, or provide reasonable technical assistance. If the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, your eligibility for a refund will be reviewed under our Refund Policy and applicable Malaysian laws.
8. International Delivery and Platform Availability
We deliver digital products and remote professional services to clients locally in Malaysia and across international borders. International clients are responsible for ensuring reliable internet access, utilizing compatible technology, managing time-zone differences, and covering any local taxes, duties, or currency conversion charges.
When products or services rely on external platforms, we cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability, performance, or security of those third-party providers. In the event of a platform outage, Digital Pursuit Grit will take reasonable steps to provide alternative delivery options or extend your project timeline accordingly.
9. Privacy, Terms, and Governing Law
We collect and use your basic transactional details—including your name, email address, and purchase details—solely to process, verify, and confirm your digital delivery. All commercial transaction data is securely handled in compliance with Malaysia’s personal data protection framework and our Privacy Policy.
Delivery issues, cancellations, and refunds are strictly governed by our overarching Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Service Terms, Booking Policy, and your accepted quotation under Malaysian law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes consumer rights that cannot be lawfully waived under Malaysia’s consumer protection framework.
