Payment Policy

Effective and last updated: 18 July 2026

This Payment Policy covers how payment works for products and services from Polrin Digital Marketing, trading as Digital Pursuit Grit. It works alongside our Terms and Conditions, Service Terms, Booking Policy, and Refund and Cancellation Policy. Making a payment means you agree to this policy and any terms tied to what you’re purchasing.

Who We Are

Digital Pursuit Grit is a brand name operated by Polrin Digital Marketing (Registration No. 202303180394 / KT0550616-H). Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia | Email: support@digitalpursuitgrit.com

2. What This Covers

This policy applies to payments for our consulting, digital marketing, automation, and implementation services, as well as digital products, templates, guides, and low-ticket offers.

Chatbot installation isn’t sold through Digital Pursuit Grit and isn’t covered by this policy.

3. How You Can Pay

We accept payment via Curlec payment pages or links, supported debit/credit cards, online banking, and — where expressly approved — bank transfer, or another method stated on your invoice or quotation.

Availability of a specific payment method can depend on your bank, location, and the transaction itself, so we can’t guarantee every option will be available every time.

 4. Currency and Fees

Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit, US dollars, or another currency stated on the relevant page or invoice, and payment must be made in that currency.

If your bank or card issuer applies a conversion rate or foreign-transaction fee, that’s outside our control and not something we can cover.

5. Prices and Taxes

You pay the price confirmed at the time of purchase. Taxes, processing costs, and third-party charges are separate unless we’ve stated they’re included, and we may add any mandatory tax or charge to your invoice as required by law.

6. Quotations

What a Quotation Includes

Most consulting and implementation work is priced through a customised quotation covering the fee, deposit, payment schedule, third-party expenses, and currency.

 Quotation Validity

Unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for 14 calendar days.

After a quotation expires, the price, availability, or timeline may change, and we’re not obligated to honour an expired quote.

7. Price Changes

Once a quotation is accepted, the price won’t change if the scope stays the same. It can change if you request additional work, the scope grows, new technical needs come up, third-party costs rise, or taxes apply.

We’ll confirm any extra charge before starting the additional work.

 8. Deposits and Balances

Depending on the service, we may require full payment upfront, a deposit plus balance, milestone payments, or another written arrangement — stated on the relevant page, quotation, or invoice.

A deposit reserves your project time and covers early-stage work like planning and preparation. Whether it’s refundable depends on our Refund and Cancellation Policy and the accepted quotation.

Any remaining balance is due by the stated date, and final files or access may be withheld until it clears.

 9. When Work Begins

We start work only once payment has cleared, the quotation is accepted, scope is confirmed, and we have what we need from you.

A payment counts as received only once it’s actually cleared with the payment provider or bank — a screenshot or pending transfer notice isn’t enough.

10. Digital Products and Paid Consultations

Digital products and low-ticket offers normally require full payment before delivery, and payment doesn’t include customisation, coaching, or implementation unless stated.

Paid consultations need full payment before the booking is confirmed — rescheduling, cancellation, and no-show rules are covered in our Booking Policy.

 11. Third-Party Tools and Costs

Any third-party tool or service needed to implement your project — hosting, plugins, ad platforms, automation software, and similar — is paid for directly by you, including setup, subscription, usage, and renewal fees, unless your quotation says otherwise.

You’re responsible for opening and maintaining those accounts; if a required tool isn’t purchased or renewed, your project timeline may be affected.

 12. Payment-Processing Fees

Charges from payment gateways, banks, or card issuers may be passed on separately where permitted, and processing fees already charged aren’t always recoverable if a refund is issued later.

13. Bank Transfers

If bank transfer is approved, please use the reference on your invoice and make sure the full amount lands with us — any sending or intermediary bank charges are on your end.

We’ll only share banking details through an official invoice or written communication, so please double-check with us at support@digitalpursuitgrit.com before acting on any unexpected request to change payment details.

14. Payment Confirmation

After a successful payment, you’ll typically get a confirmation, invoice, or receipt by email — please hold onto these. Curlec handles the payment processing itself, but questions about your order, cancellation, or refund are handled directly by us.

 15. Failed, Declined, or Pending Payments

Payments can fail for reasons like insufficient funds, incorrect details, or bank security checks — that’s between you and your bank or card issuer, and we don’t control the outcome.

A pending payment isn’t treated as complete: work won’t start, bookings stay unconfirmed, and we may cancel an unresolved transaction after a reasonable period.

 16. Late Payments

If payment becomes overdue, we may pause the service, withhold deliverables, suspend access, extend the timeline, or end the project after notice, and recover reasonable collection costs where the law allows. You remain responsible for paying for work already completed and costs already incurred.

17. Instalments and Recurring Billing

Instalment plans are only available where we’ve approved them in writing, with clear amounts, due dates, and consequences for missed payments — approving this for one client doesn’t mean we offer it to everyone.

If a product uses recurring billing, we’ll tell you the amount, frequency, and how to cancel before it starts, and we won’t set up recurring charges without your authorisation.

 18. Duplicate Payments and Unauthorised Transactions

If you think you’ve paid twice, email us with your details and transaction references and we’ll check against the payment provider’s records confirmed duplicates are refunded.

If you report an unauthorised transaction, we may ask for supporting evidence and refer the matter to the payment provider, your bank, or the relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

 19. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can look into it directly — filing one doesn’t automatically mean a refund is owed. If a chargeback is filed, we may share relevant records (invoices, communications, delivery evidence) with the payment processor.

Repeated false or abusive disputes may affect your ability to use our services in future.

 20. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible; how long that takes depends on your bank and payment provider, and we can’t guarantee an exact date.

Payment alone doesn’t create an automatic right to a refund — eligibility depends on our Refund and Cancellation Policy, how much work has been done, and applicable Malaysian law. Nothing here overrides a right you can’t legally be asked to give up.

 21. Fraud Prevention

We and our payment providers may carry out reasonable checks to prevent fraud or unauthorised transactions, and a transaction may be delayed, refused, or cancelled if something looks inconsistent or requires further review.

 22. Scope of What’s Paid For

Payment covers only what’s stated in the relevant product page, quotation, or invoice — not unlimited meetings, revisions, or extra deliverables.

Anything beyond that needs separate approval and payment, and we may suspend work if payment is overdue, reversed, or disputed.

23. Accepting This Policy

You accept this policy by completing a purchase, paying an invoice, using a payment link, accepting a quotation that requires payment, or authorising an instalment or recurring arrangement.

24. Updates

We may update this policy as our payment methods, providers, or legal obligations change. The latest version is always on digitalpursuitgrit.com; a completed transaction stays governed by the policy in effect when payment was made.
